The tools are intended for those developing, procuring, or using  instructional materials and for those who want to create better learning  conditions and academic outcomes for English learners. \u00a0One set of tools focuses on instructional materials for mathematics and one for English language arts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning Forward has made a strong commitment to supporting professional learning on the use of high-quality instructional materials. Troubling research shows that English learners tend to have less access to intellectually rich, grade-level content and instructional materials.
