It suggests that 7 in 10 teens ages 13 to 17 think those issues are more prevalent than bullying, drug addiction, drinking alcohol, poverty, teen pregnancy and gangs. Concern about mental health cuts across gender, racial and socio-economic lines, with roughly equal shares of teens across demographic groups saying it is a significant issue in their community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Researchers also evaluated the pressures teens face, and found that academics was at the top of the list. About 61% of teens said they felt a lot of pressure to get good grades. That pressure, researchers said, is tied to post-graduation goals, where about 59% said they planned to attend a four-year college upon graduation.
