By creating a partnership around shared goals, they can build a stronger, more diverse workforce&#8211;and provide a better and more equitable education experience to students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But how should they go about building those partnerships?<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Partnering on Prep: A Toolkit for Building Strong District-Teacher Preparation Program Partnerships<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, created by Education First with the support of the Joyce Foundation, can help. It identifies strong partnerships, synthesizes lessons learned and implementation strategies, and includes a series of tools and artifacts directly from the field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The toolkit builds on the 2016 report<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=0014f0N8xePrh1zf3GsAv1sb5QNSemtOM_EUrS8JOxJo94NKHgOXWDgsIa61sjDEsQ__mGIDfvR6WK02gUZrtFWziZNS9MD1ftZi655gZ9mxROXkmgkb5AueDAzb4m2xyzAsu1EMs8Qi_LuoCSdilXV19SyXX9mvGwbRbAPZPzJIFVaAFwi85uCcKGbLbeWxwhb1ldHggdgNXTCYgRIUX3R4XShnXkp9zuGj4fKiQG2uTWdMTLs8vX4HaCjMu7468td_XaTiQ8c1GAnWDTNQvwe7SACZ1drloZ_PWS8qOjy16tM40R3T7honA==&amp;c=OQ-up9zLpanS6CpNW6vEzehG35GWoyyxXeLXFLTetd89YFTYd8vFdQ==&amp;ch=ttz2v6BGcsH4WWBBSl0SnR6I8BejlxG0JrJTRBxlRsw7AJPJ4GAb_g==\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring High-Quality Teacher Talent<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which made the case for strong, bold district-teacher preparation partnerships and provided ten recommendations for building them. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This toolkit digs deeply into each of the 10 recommendations from the original report, highlighting the work of new partnerships, articulating specific steps partners can take, and providing tools and artifacts developed by partners to support their work.
