In a trauma-sensitive school, all aspects of the educational environment\u2014from workforce training to engagement with students and families to procedures and policies\u2014are grounded in an understanding of trauma and its impact and are designed to promote resilience for all. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The National Center on Safe Supportive Learning Environments has released a new training package focused on Trauma-Sensitive Schools.
