Student Voice is a nationwide group that is obtaining feedback and tackling issues important to students. Student Voice National Field Director Andrew Brennen is encouraging students to use a Student Bill of Rights as a framework for getting involved and being heard.<\/p>\n<p>Through Student Voice, students from around the country are providing input on the development of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sturights.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Bill of Rights<\/a>. This living document currently includes the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employability<\/li>\n<li>Personal Learning<\/li>\n<li>Fair Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Diversity and Inclusivity<\/li>\n<li>Institutional Agency<\/li>\n<li>Information and Privacy<\/li>\n<li>Civic Participation<\/li>\n<li>Due Process<\/li>\n<li>Technology<\/li>\n<li>Access and Affordability<\/li>\n<li>Free Expression<\/li>\n<li>Safety and Well-Being<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students from any K-12 school have the ability to vote on the rights that they want to help improve in their schools. From there, students can see what other people are doing to improve each right and take action themselves.
