This rubric is flexible enough to help LEAs with wide-ranging reform goals, but also will help the Agency create practical ways to evaluate progress.<\/p>\n<p>The tool could also be used to assess the LEAs overall readiness to sustain priority reforms, or its readiness within specific offices or content teams within the agency. The rubric covers 19 elements of sustainability and characterizes efforts from inadequate to exemplary for each element.
