Watch how at Merrill Middle School in Denver, school leaders have implemented an incredibly thoughtful practice in which educators observe each other’s lessons in “Learning Labs” and then offer up direct and meaningful feedback. Everyone involved says the effort has done much to improve instruction at Merrill and has built a tremendous culture of strong relationships there.<\/p>\n
