Do teachers in your state receive actionable feedback and high-quality professional learning as a part of their performance evaluation?<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gtlcenter.org\/\">Center on Great Teachers and Leaders<\/a> (GTL Center) has released a free resource to help regional centers, states, and districts ensure that their teacher evaluation systems are helping all teachers to improve. Designed as a workshop for state education agency and regional comprehensive center staff, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gtlcenter.org\/sites\/default\/files\/UsingEvaluationData_FacilitatorGuide.pdf\">Using Teacher Evaluation Data to Inform Professional Learning<\/a> delves into practical approaches for ensuring that evaluation systems improve teacher practice and effectiveness.
