Many factors have driven the increase of teacher evaluation overhauls, including federal grant programs such as Race to the Top and the Teacher Incentive Fund, as well as the administration&#8217;s No Child Left Behind waivers.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, a network of education groups worked together to create an interactive <a href=\"http:\/\/earlyed.newamerica.net\/blogposts\/2013\/map_provides_context_for_reforms_of_teacher_evaluation_systems-84424\">map<\/a> that shows which states have made changes to their teacher evaluation systems and what those changes include.
