The toolkit includes the following resources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/turnaroundusa.org\/toolbox\/corepractices\/expectations-norms-routines\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=ignitelearning#personal-and-community-values\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Educator Reflection: Personal and Community Values<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this tool is for educators to reflect on how their own values (shaped by their identity, culture, and experiences) show up in their classroom and school, in order to create more inclusive and equitable learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/turnaroundusa.org\/toolbox\/corepractices\/expectations-norms-routines\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=ignitelearning#norms-and-expectations-planner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Norms and Expectations Planner<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tool provides guidance and sample strategies for developing school or classroom norms and expectations, with an emphasis on co-creation, shared power between students and adults, and acknowledging and affirming diverse cultural values and perspectives.
